Blue Light Blocking Glasses
Blue light is essential for us during the day, but it has to be eliminated at bedtime and at night. Our stylish blue light blocking glasses with orange lenses offer a comfortable and stylish solution for blocking the blue and the green spectrum that disrupts our sleep and circadian rhythm. By wearing these glasses for 90 to 120 minutes before bedtime, we maximize the synthesis of the "sleep hormone" melatonin, one of our most powerful antioxidants.
