Not satisfied with the MITO LIGHT® product for any reason? No problem! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all products.

If you find out you are not satisfied with the product within the first 30 days, send it back to us according to the following instructions and we will refund the full amount to you after receiving and checking the shipment.

 

Instructions for returning goods

Print and fill out the form, which can be found HERE.

2.
Pack it in the package with the goods you are returning. Return the goods to the original packaging with all accessories and carefully packaged send it to the address: Mito Light s.r.o., Simerova 3, 301 00 Pilsen, Czech Republic.

As soon as the goods are delivered to us, we will check whether everything is in original condition (both the goods and the original packaging). We will then create a credit note and send the money back to your account.

 

Please note the following information:

Pack the goods in the original packaging, or other well-reinforced cardboard boxes or other sufficiently protected packaging to prevent damage during transport. We also recommend sending the shipment by registered mail and insuring it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments that have been returned to us.

All returned goods must be accepted undamaged with all original accessories.

Your return will usually be reviewed and processed within 3 days of receipt. The maximum time from receiving the goods to sending the money to your bank account is 14 days.

 

Complaints

We provide a 2-year warranty on all products. If the goods have already become unfunctional or have stopped working during use, proceed in the same way as when returning the goods and we will solve the problem very fast!
