Policy for processing reviews of MITO LIGHT Europe s.r.o., ID No.: 19380879, VAT No.: CZ19380879, with registered office at Šimerova 428/3, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň, Section C, Insert43852 for the sale of goods through the online store located at www.mitolight.com (hereinafter referred to as e-shop).

The reviews that we publish come exclusively from customers who have purchased the reviewed products on the e-shop.
To this end, our customers will receive a review link after purchasing our e-shop, which they can use to post a review on the products they have purchased or in the Store Reviews.

How can I sign up for product review emails?

Upon your order, we will send you an email with the option to rate the products you have purchased on our website or write a review on our store in the Store rating section.

How is it ensured that product reviews are not fake?

Only customers who have purchased products on our e-shop can leave reviews of those products. 

1. Email with the option to write a review. To review products you must be logged in to your account, so when you post a review we can see from which account the review was added and we can verify that the purchase was made from that account. For Store rating, we do this by sending each customer their own review form via email and when the review is inserted after clicking through from the email, we will write the customer's order number to each review. Reviews that cannot be identified by order number or name and thus matched to an existing purchase will be deleted immediately, within 7 days at the latest.

2. Reviews from Trustpilot - If you do not disagree to receive an email with a link to insert a review via Trustpilot, you will automatically receive a form from them which is sent solely on the basis of the order being placed, ensuring that only those who have actually purchased the goods receive the email.

If you do not want to receive the e-mail from Trustpilot asking for a feedback, please contact us before the order, so we can make sure you will not receive it and your e-mail will be excluded from all the communication regarding gathering feedback.

What should I do if the product review link has not been sent to me?

Contact our customer service via email at hello@mitolight.com or via the contact form and an order review link will be sent to the email you provided in your order.

This review policy is valid from 22.2.2024.
