At first I was skeptical, but after only a short time of use I had to change my mind. The results on increased energy, muscle recovery and better quality sleep are really noticeable. Red light therapy has become part of my daily routine and I can hardly imagine my mornings without it anymore. The customer support was very responsive and friendly. I can definitely recommend this shop.

I highly recommend the glasses, one of the few on the market that look good while really blocking blue light.

Delivery fast, carefully packed goods. With a cheerful thank you note :-) The glasses are light, they fit beautifully. After wearing them for a short time, I can say that after a while I start to yawn :-) And I put them on at least 1,5 hours before bedtime.

Super fast and serious negotiations. I've had the light for a week, but I'm already noticing a positive effect - especially on muscle recovery (I've had problems with my limbs, it's starting to get better after a few light sessions). Hanging the panel horizontally on a pulley has been effective for me. It needs an alarm clock though - it's easy to fall asleep under it :-)

Great speed of delivery. After less than a month I notice better skin quality, my nails and hair grow faster. I sleep better and recover better after training. For me, absolutely great stuff and I'm glad I bought the light.

I'm very satisfied, I injured my knee during combat sports and it didn't get better for a week, even after constant icing and lubrication with various ointments. So I ordered this magic thing from MITO LIGHT, and after the first week I felt a slight improvement in my ligaments, I used it every day as recommended, and now I am back to training, so THANK YOU very much.
