I was looking into this item for a very long time. I have decided to test the most simple item bulb 4.0. It is wonderful. You can feel how your body absorbs light. It is very pleasant to wake up in the morning with warm feeling of light and start the day. If you are athlete definitely will the bigger size work for you to cover bigger areas or skin and muscles. I could also feel how the body detoxify. Great contact with support and fast delivery! 10/10

Ich selbst benutze sie 2 x am Tag, für meine Patienten nutze ich sie gern zur nachbehandlung. Bei mir selbst merke ich deutlich eine stimmungsaufhellende Wirkung, auch ein steigender testosteronspiegel macht sich bemerkbar. bei rückenschmerzen wirkt es auch sehr gut. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das stativ, welches ich dazu bestellt habe. es ist sehr massiv gebaut und sieht auch ansprechend aus. allerdings ist es sehr umständlich zu verstellen, insbesondere im laufenden Praxisbetrieb ist es praktisch nicht möglich beispielsweise mal eben die höhe der Lampe zu verstellen. ansonsten ganz klar 5 sterne. For myself, I clearly notice a mood-enhancing effect, and a rising testosterone level is also noticeable. It also works very well for back pain. A small point of criticism is the tripod that I ordered. It is very solidly built and also looks attractive. However, it is very complicated to adjust, especially during ongoing practical operation it is practically not possible, for example, to adjust the height of the lamp. Otherwise clearly 5 stars.

I got the Biohacker 4.0, dont regret it. TIme i need to cover all areas is limited. It is very strong. I use it to increase performance in running and so far i feel better and also dropper 20 seconds in the 5km without having done anything else (usually my pace here is pretty constant, doing parkruns every two weeks flat out effort).

Incredible responsive and kind customer service! Bought the bulb 4.0 and the expert 4.0. Both very solid and powerful. Love that with the Expert I can choose the intensity of the red and near Infrared separate from each other also when used together at the same time. Therefor also perfect to adapt to morning and evening use, special targeting and the light sensitivity of my skin. Combining the Expert with my morning breathwork routine is perfect time&healthmanagement. did not mount it on a wall yet but works perfectly for me just standing up on floor or raised supported at the back, just for safety, against wall or closetdoor and putting it flat upon a shelf after use. Easy with the build in handle to pick up. happy that I can ask if it's a good match when I think I found a creative suitable adjustable holder for the bulb! Looking forward to integrating the use skillfully more and more into my daily life to fit my needs but already in love:-)Will keep you posted on the results!
