Delivery to Austria within the planned time frame. Excellent information about shipping and delivery status. The delivery service kindly contacted me by phone when I was not at home at the time of delivery. I also particularly appreciated the handwritten message I found in the packaging of my panel. It added a personal touch to my online purchase. I also purchased the light bulb after a few days using the panel.

The bulb is really good, and very comfortable to carry on, I took it on a travel with me. The shipment and service were really great, looking forward to upgrade to a bigger panel.

Great item - have ordered for myself in the UK and for my parents in Europe. There have been some issues with my deliveries (the flex stand was missing first, then one was sent with an EU plug instead of a UK one) and while this has been a bit inconvenient and frustrating, the customer service has been excellent and I commend them for that. As for whether it has the desired effect, this remains to be seen but it’s a quality product, sent promptly, with top notch customer service.

I purchased the Master 5.0 panel, and I can say it's well-built and sturdy, very powerful machine.
