Nous souhaitons simplement préciser que la monture n’est pas fabriquée en plastique ordinaire. Elle est en TR90, un matériau technique reconnu pour sa grande flexibilité, sa légèreté et sa résistance, justement très utilisé pour des lunettes confortables et durables. Les verres sont en polycarbonate, un matériau également largement utilisé pour sa solidité, sa légèreté et sa bonne résistance aux chocs. Il ne s’agit donc pas de verre minéral, mais d’un choix volontaire en faveur du confort et de la sécurité au quotidien. Cela étant dit, un verre qui se déboîte n’est bien sûr pas un comportement normal, et nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception. Si vous le souhaitez, n’hésitez pas à contacter notre service client. Nous serons heureux de voir cela avec vous et de chercher une solution adaptée. Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous êtes satisfaits non seulement des panneaux, mais aussi du support électrique, et que vous avez pu tout installer sans difficulté. En ce qui concerne la distance, nous recommandons généralement environ 15 à 50 cm du corps, selon l’intensité de thérapie que vous préférez et selon votre ressenti. Si l’utilisation à l’horizontale vous semble plus chaude, je vous conseillerais de commencer plutôt autour de 40 à 50 cm et d’ajuster ensuite la distance selon votre confort. L’important est que la thérapie vous soit agréable et bien tolérée. En ce qui concerne vos difficultés de santé spécifiques, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas recommander de protocole individuel pour la tension artérielle ou l’arthrose. Dans ce cas, il est préférable de suivre les recommandations générales d’utilisation et, pour toute question de santé, de consulter également un médecin ou un spécialiste.
